RTP is adjacent to Cary, Morrisville, Raleigh, Durham, Apex and Chapel-Hill. So it provides a centralized location where the workforce can commute to work and home easily. There is a nice walking trail where people can take a walk during their break.
RTP also attracts professionals of different ethnic background and cultural diversity who are drawn together via their professions. Because of this, there are a lot of restaurants of various ethnic food in the RTP area.
